While at Penn State, Attorney Serra worked a job where he witnessed several co-workers suffer work related injuries and saw firsthand how those injuries affected their lives. He decided he wanted to help injured workers.
He received a scholarship to attend Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he graduated cum laude and obtained his Juris Doctorate. During law school he interned for a Court of Common Pleas Judge, completing significant legal research.
