Attorney Moyer is a native to the area, graduating from high school in Northeastern Pennsylvania. During high school he was a tri-sport athlete and worked part-time for local construction companies, all while earning his Eagle Scout rank at a young age.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History with concentrations in International Relations and World Affairs from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he served as a Leadership Consultant and President of The Friars' Society service organization.
Attorney Moyer attended Florida Coastal School of Law, where he competed on the school's Moot Court Honor Board and became part of the nationally ranked first place team. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, he holds a Certificate in Research, Writing, and Drafting.
